Level kit noise

I get a “clunking” noise when I turn sharp after they installed my zone level kit. Any ideas?

Yeah that's a problem... check the torque on the bolts, top and bottom, if they're tight then have another shop check it out. Either your shocks are moving about or your axles are binding. Both of these scenarios are bad.

Plenty of folks on this forum with that leveling kit with no issues like this reported. Suggest taking it back to where it was installed and ask them to check it out. I have very limited experience with "clunking" while turning, however both times it was a ball joint issue. Since they have to disconnect your upper ball joint from the control arm for that spacer lift, I'd start there for checking if it's all torqued up.

No, they're perfectly fine when installed correctly. I've run spacer levels on several vehicles, including the Bronco, never had a problem. Something went wrong on installation.
