Kicker key amp with kicker 1200 watt amp problem

I am trying to use a kicker 200.4 amp with the plug n play kits wiring harness which reaches out to a kicker 1200 amp and 12” subs in the back. I am able to get the amp on, but the kicker subs are not playing anything from the harness attachment rca jacks. Is there any possible reason for this?

i'd ping plugnplay. could be anything from wiring bad or inverted, sp setting, fuse, etc. they should be able to walk you through troubleshooting steps.

do you have a LOC on there? I feel like I had to have one when I was connecting the RCA to my sub.
