Pledge. But test it first on non visible area. It usually cleans up plastic well.

Chances are it's like every other plastic/pvc based product out there. The #1 thing that will degrade it over time is UV exposure. Dries it out, bleaches color out, etc.

Many use a product like Aero 303 to help protect plastics from the UV rays of the sun, so as to extend life dramatically.

Soap and water. It won't require and special treatment. In fact you can wash it much rougher than the painted panels. It won't scratch.

Cake it in mud and then never wash it off. Ultimate UV protection

Absolutely. :p

Seriously though the MIC top is just that. Molded in color. It's not real easy to scratch. On my vehicles I'm always anal about side to side washing. With my Jeeps I scrub the hard top any which direction I feel like it.
