You'll need a bracket. You'll be able to mount 1 pair of pods, MAYBE the 2nd can be mounted, but that 2nd bolt is VERY close to the first.

Worst case scenario, order the rigid dual mounts (works with any lights). We have them in stock. We also sell KC if you want to buy those, shoot me a message

I’m just putting 1 kc era 4 on each A pillar. Is there a single bracket I could buy instead of the dual rigid one?

I haven’t been able to find a single mount bracket. I ordered a Quake dual mount which after ordering and emailing to ask why the bracket hadn’t been shipped, they told me was back ordered. This kept happening when I was restoring my squarebody Suburban as well. It seems companies don’t want to lose the order by admitting they don’t actually have the product available. They say it will be here in 2 weeks.

I actually ended up buying KC Slimlites and I will report back on their compatibility with the quake mount. There isn’t much info available online. It looks like it could be drilled out to accommodate a larger diameter bolt if needed.

It will help get KC Hilites specific brackets if those who are interested, get on their “interest list.” Just email [email protected] & tell them you want Bronco A-pillar brackets. I told them I also wanted accompanying wire harness for Bronco aux switches.

Emailed KC and they responded quickly. Hopefully they will come up with some options.

I also notice these at SDHQ. These lights are the Baja design LP4 which are the exact same height and width so Im going try to see if that works. My stepdad works at the Ford dealership here in my city so he said he will give me the hookup on wiring it up there.

Awesome, thanks! I just ordered the Body Guard mounts.
yeah, I have KC Flex Era 4s on order too, they actually have shipped and I should have them this week. they seem like they will be a great option for A pillar!

Please let us know how that works out! I may do the same - bodyguard mounts with flex era lights.

Who made these mounts? Looks like you could swivel the light to use forward or as a ditch light. Pretty slick setup!

thank you for this post. my Flex Era 4's are coming in soon. originally was told they mounted directly to the accessory point, but that bracket/mount combo looks perfect.
