Do you have an option for those us with 2 doors that have a bestop sunrider (soft top over the front two seats)? I would imagine it would need to be attached and function like the one for the 4 door with softtop?

The dual top allows you to mount either the hard top or the soft top.
The dual top has additional ports that expose the soft top bracket. They are small cutouts on either side.
We recommend you order a hard top only version if you have no plans to ever have a soft top. Same with the soft top. If you will never have a hard top order the soft top only version.
Here is a diagram of the dual top.
