They’re saying it’s not the actual converter. Just the gasket which isn’t covered. I said, well what caused it to go bad at under 60k miles? It shouldn’t be failing so either it’s defective gasket or poor workmanship during assembly
What was the outcome for you then? I am going through this now with my 2021 Outer Banks. I’m being told that that gasket is not covered under warranty. All the documentation I can find on my extended warranty. Plan shows it should be covered under the emissions Coverage. They’re quoting me...
