Hey, if you have a 4-door Bronco, then you’ll need three (3) brackets each side. (Attached a photo from my Badlands to show them.)

I received a set of Ford Rock Rails for my friend for my new bass bronco four-door. However it didn’t come with brackets.

Is this the right brackets to purchase?
Those should work, but I cant say for sure from my set up. I had hoop steps and ended up taking off a pair( one on each side- the rest was mounted on the pinch weld) vs the 2 or 3 on each side that come with the Badlands/Black Diamond rock rails. I installed the Zroadz rock sliders that I ordered and a set of four brackets with them. I'm pretty sure at some point I did see someone in a similar situation as you use or ask the same question about the Zroadz brackets in the last year on this forum. I would recommend checking Facebook market place first though, you can probably find them or a whole set sliders and brackets for $200.

What is the difference between
Yes, you can buy just the brackets from Ford. The OEM rock rails I bought didn't come with brackets either, they are around $38 each.

OEM bracket part numbers are M2DZ-54200B38-A and M2DZ-54200B39-A, you need 2 of each.
what is the difference between these part numbers? They look identical on the diagram off Ford’s part website. I have the rear pair someone gave me off their 2-door, but can’t figure which part number I am missing for the other set I need on my 4-door.

Ones for the driver's side, the other is the passenger side.

So if I have two brackets from a 2 door Bronco and OEM rock sliders, I should just need to buy one of each part number to complete the bracket set and attach the OEM sliders to my 4 door?

Correcting this thread for those that need Rock Rail brackets on a 4 door. You do NOT need 2 each of M2DZ-54200B38A and M2DZ-54200B39-A. These are only the front left and right brackets, you also need the rear bracket (qty 2) part number M2DZ78200B38A .

So full list is:
Qty 1 - M2DZ-54200B38A
Qty 1 - M2DZ-54200B39-A
Qty 2 - M2DZ-78200B38-A

Here's the details from my learning: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/oem-4-door-rock-rail-brackets-dont-fit.90953/
