In-Dash & Pod Speaker Harnesses?

I've been looking and cannot seem to find a wiring harness for easy replacement of the 4" Bronco Speakers anywhere. The only option I can locate is the Metra 72-5603 which seems to be backordered everywhere.

I'm just one of those people that would rather use a harness than cut & Splice. Are there any other options out there that anyone has run into & can post a link?
