Your dealer doesn't seem to know diddily about Ford and their system(s) either.... everybody has until April 8 to make changes. You should give Ford a call and inquire with them.Honestly that was my initial thought, not going to lie. He clarified the reason he was unable to update was because the system locked him out and the management at this location said it was a result of the build already being in progress. I dont know diddily about Ford and their system(s) but thats what I was told just earlier.
