Not in the least. Harsh is having your 99.9% built rig sit in an snow covered parking lot for 3 months because you miscounted how many chips you had available for each Bronco. Harsh is shipping out new builds while the thousands of Broncos, needing those same chips, sit in the same snow covered parking lot. Harsh is using someone else’s hood to hold your tool crate. Harsh is selling a 2021 Bronco to a customer at full price that gets delivered 4-5 months into the year of our lord 2022. Harsh is telling a customer with a first 10 minute day 1 reservation and #1 of 56 dealership allocation that they’ll build your Bronco in reservation/timestamp order…while the estimated delivery date puts it at 670 days. Harsh is telling a customer they need to switch to a soft top, but not offering a soft top in the 2 dr so pushing their day 1 reservation to the following year. Shall I continue with today’s lesson on the word harsh?
Do we know how many day 1 rev holders are left? That sounds crazy to me that they wouldn't make those orders a priority.

We have no way of knowing, I suppose Ford knows, but they aren’t saying. I certainly don’t want to be prioritized over anyone in our 1/17 group, or groups that were built before us, however it’s unconscionable that Ford would prioritize new builds off the line while ours sit on a parking lot for the next 90 days (according to Ford on BN yesterday) and another month of rail time, and more time in the rail yard. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of our rigs aren’t in our driveways by the end of June or early July.

has anyone gotten a change of arrival from May to March or April? wondering if there is any truth to them actually making progress on getting trucks out of there. I actually don't even want mine before April for a variety of reasons, but May is a bit long and just knowing it's there and not on a train is pissing me off

Mine got updated from mid May to 3/12 yesterday morning, still shows in-production though. with a 3/12 date that better get on a train pretty quick or it wont make it.

We don't, but judging by the self-reporting on this site, there are still a lot. Especially two door.

Yes, there have been some people who have gone from May dates back to March dates. There are a few trucks escaping Ice Mountain, but it's a small, slow trickle. There isn't much of a reason for the May/June detainees to be hopeful so far.

Meanwhile over in the 1/10 build week group we have Ford replying to the 2 people who actually had their broncos ship this week. Crickets for the rest of us. They clearly understand customer service

How about this…..wrap the chips in an esd static bag, put them in the goddamn glove box, and load the whole kit and kaboodle on a train to the dealership with some instructions.
If those knuckle-dragging dipshits in the Ice Mountain video with their ginormous tool crates plopped on the hood of a $60k Bronco can figure it out, then I guess a trained ford mechanic could do no worse.

I saw that this is what Steeda is doing, due to the manufacturing issues. This is unprecedented for them. You can buy a package and have it installed at certified dealers. It makes total sense this could be done by Ford as well.

Yes some were released. Probably the ones they were working on in the vid. There is little doubt they could go fast if ford were to prioritize but at least in the cold they seem to be happy with proceeding with production. That process is a big wheel they want turning. I was disappointed they didn’t set up a field process to move vehicles through more systematic. Popping hoods in a cold lot is not going to get much done.
