To be more direct- I think jkburg is wondering why you prefer full length over these. I am also considering these but see another seller also saying he is choosing to go full length over these. Is it just appearance? I would appreciate it if you can let me know your thoughts- were they not stable? Were they too small? I’d like to just order full length and avoid the hassle with a 5 week wait. Thank you.

I would say even amount of both. Half looks and half practicality.
Full length allows you or anyone else the luxury of stepping where you naturally do to make entry.
