IAG Rear Mud Flaps Gap?

I just got my IAG I-Line rear mud flaps installed and I'm not sure they are fitting right. There is a pretty large gap visible between the flap and the stock bumper on my OBX. I'm somewhat spatially impaired so it's entirely possible I have them on wrong, just wanted to see if anyone else that has these installed is in the same boat.

You may want to be sure the bracket is pushed up as far it can go.

I ended up replacing all of the mounting bolts with shorter ones because there was 10mm of thread poking towards the tires.

Which bracket specifically?

I agree 100% on the bolts. Bought a few shorter ones at Lowes but I should have got more. Seems really dumb to have those things pointing right toward the tire. Even in the installation video they have shorter ones.
