I cancelled my reservation master thread

Well I canceled my 7/21 reservation a few weeks ago because I didn't want to put down a large deposit and still wait until next year to get it. The options I wanted was going to push this thing into 2022 and I couldn't wait that long. I had a trade in that I was going to use for the Bronco so then I used it for a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. The great thing that happened with the dealer is that I was able to get a lift, wheels, tires, rock rails and katzkin leather installed through them. It came out looking real good so I'm happy with my purchase. I'll still check this forum out because I do love the Bronco and maybe down the road I'll get one.

The bronze wheels are something I never imagined I'd like the look of but wow, they look great against that hue red.

Thanks guys and I appreciate the info for the hood lock. I didn't even know that was something I could get but honestly it's my first time getting this type of vehicle and I'm seeing so many options and accessories I could get.

The amount of accesories are staggering for jeeps some junky some cool,some make life wit a jeep easier,enjoy your adventure.

Decided to have a different kind of fun. Was looking at getting Bronco way into 2022, so bailed out and ordered something I’ll have by this summer. Good Luck to everyone.

Considered canceling my reservation Saturday. Drove a wrangler Sunday. Hated it. Placed my order with ford for the bronco this morning.

Cancelled my 2 reservations. It’s been fun and informative. Look forward to seeing what colors come out.

Not that anyone cares lol but plan is one of the following:

Revisit the idea of a Bronco( in a year or two)

2022/2023 4Runner

Ranger Raptor

Used GX 460( add 2.5 lift, sliders, rack, bumpers, lights, etc)

My dealer just told me mid to late 2022 thinking i will cancel and get another jeep.. i can reuse all my jeep parts.. will save me money and time.. maybe catch a bronco on the next go around

Jan. 5th.. and was told 2022 model year, but was thinking that they would come out end of 2021, then seeing 2021 are running into 2022, was ok with early 2022, but late 2022.. is just to long.. also I was thinking getting a short term replacement vehicle would be easier.. but now that i have shopped it aggeresveily and checked out all options I am going to burn 5-8k no matter what.. between taxes and depreciation or short term leases.. Since my current jeep is getting bought back for lemon law, i don't have the luxury of just driving what i have till ford catches up..
