Ok so just had new apex valve stems put in and tires rotated but when I played with the apex and delayed a tire, I noticed the wrong one on the display shows to lose air. Was deflating the rear, display showed the front. Only drove 3-4 miles from the shop. The pressures are reading but not the right location. So we’re saying the computer should eventually detect it and reset the location?
Yes, I have rotated my tires and once you drive over 20-25 mph for 2-3 miles consistently, they reset to the appropriate corner. Personal experience, not hearsay.

Thanks. I’ll go take a longer spin. The apex are crazy fast. Like barely enough time to look inside and check the pressure and go back to the tire. And insanely loud because of how much air comes out

I swapped my wheels and tires for a completely different set. The new set had different OEM TPMS sensors from another Bronco. I can confirm that my bronco was able to recognize the new set of sensors, and knew which sensor was where, without doing any sort of reset. While installing the new set of wheels, I intentionally set each tire to a different pressure, using 37, 38, 39 and 40 psi based on my pressure gauge. I then took the bronco for the first drive, and within about 2 miles of driving, the display updated and properly showed all 4 tires at the right pressure at the right locations. Awesome.
So for those of you who swap to a different set, or when you rotate your tires, you won't have to worry about any sort of reset.

This is frustrating because contrary to what most are saying here, my TPMS are not relearning the location of the tires. I had my spare swapped out from the right rear due to it being unbalanced and my system has not updated. It continues to read the spare as the right rear and even received a low pressure warning while it was mounted on the tailgate. This is all after several hundreds of miles. (Spare was aired down last off road trip)

There is a reset procedure, I confirmed it,

Try this $13 gadget and follow the reset procedure,
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Z2P1P75?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

The reset procedure to set the bronco tpms system to learn mode:
- turn off engine
- depress & release brake pedal once
- press start/on then start/off
- press start/on then start/off
- press start/on
- depress & release brake pedal once
- press start/off
- press start/on then start/off
- press start/on then start/off
- press start/on
Horn will sound by itself
Dash will display "train left front tire".
- get out of the bronco and use the gadget starting with drivers front wheel.

This guy demonstrates it, start watching at 7:30 mark,

I'm struggling after installing new tires/wheels/sensors... The Bronco recognized the new sensors without issue, but they are not reading accurate pressure? All four tires are set at 25psi according to several gauges that I have, but the dash has them at 31-32psi? I have adjusted the pressure up and down several times and the dash reading is consistently 5-7psi higher than actual. Anyone know if the relearn procedure above can be used for calibration?

MY2022 4dr / Sasquatch - Can confirm a manual learn process via the Ford instructions of Start/Stop, 8 rapid presses of the hazards put it into the dash going through Learning Process for each tire position with the horn honk. To activate each sensor at its timing, you release air pressure (seemed to be about 1-2 psi).

I had purchased take-off Sasquatch wheels as a secondary set to my existing wheels. I was told "I believe the TPMS sensors are still in them". (The deal was fine, regardless). I couldn't pair in a new wheel. Ordered fie TPMS sensors through Ford (Racing) along with the activation tool (I prefer not to have to air down and put back in air for rotations or replacements). In the next couple of weeks going to take the wheels to have the TPMS sensors (re)installed - assuming thats the issue with the "new" wheels. I'll post an update on it...

Prior to swapping a single wheel due to a screw in a tire with one, I drove for 50 miles at 55MPH with the original wheel/tire in the cargo area. I had Ford plug it for me. The Service Advisor said they normally do the relearning on tire rotations, but I didnt feel confidence on if it was required. I now have driven over 1500 miles (on a trip) with the new wheel and still getting "TPMS Sensor Fault" for the "new" wheel/tire.

(For those curious, I'm swapping my M1102 Hummvee trailer from the Hummer/HMMWV 8-bolt pattern to the 6-bolt Bronco pattern and plan on lowering that trailer from its 37-inch run-flats to the 35-inch matching wheels on my Bronco (ditching the run-flats and extra 150 pounds that comes with that).

This is my struggle as well, only mine are reading ~3-4lbs lower than actual. Am unsure if this procedure will calibrate. Anyone find the answer to this?
