I picked mine up Monday night. I had the bonus 220,000 points in my account before I left the dealership.

I bought a Raptor CPO and received points within minutes. Last year I bought my first Bronco BB and also received my points before leaving the dealership. I bought my new Bronco HLE first week of August and yet 0 points. I spoke to the sales person he said it would take a week or two because their finance department was behind. Two weeks later and still. I looked online and it said to contact Ford customer service. Before I do, anyone have suggestions?
