I hope they get the rest of ours out of there. Gullo has just officially earned the right to $0 in accessories. I ordered the trek top back in June, they still haven't ordered it nor will they come down from the MSRP on it. So my Bimini and trek top will come straight from best top.

Ruxer Ford did a special on accessories just for 6G members and I ordered my Bimini top and door bags from them. I saved a lot of money on both of those items.

Question for this Houston area crew.. have you ever had a vehicle that you had ceramic coated? I’m looking for a recommendation of a local shop you might trust doing this to your vehicles. My current car has had so many scrapes and chips despite the promise of it being superior paint I appreciate any thoughts you have to share!

A good ceramic coating 2 base and a top coat will help prevent and lesson the severity of scratches. It’s not a cure all, make sure they use a good quality coating and they know what they are doing.

Just spoke to my salesman…Whoever said Pearland isn’t allowing dealers to pick them up is correct. He finally was able to confirm that mine was off the rail car at least, and they admitted that they were lying to him yesterday to keep him from coming to pick it up.

He was a little pissed off because he has picked up there before and said that Westfield (the yard next to IAH) has no issues with dealers doing that. He also said that cars are sitting 3-8 days at Pearland before being loaded and trucked to dealers.

Good to know! I truly thought it would protect from chips and whatnot. My current cars paint hasn’t held up to what they promised and I’ve been wildly disappointed with it. Do you know what the film would run? Is that similar to a wrap like the other gentleman suggested to me?

I’m waiting on a quote for 3m from max reflections in Richmond. But if it is stupid high I will just get him to ceramic coat it.

Ughhhh 3-8 days.... Hopefully closer to 3. I did see a truck with a soft top co going north today. Saw it down there yesterday.
