So my dealer informed me Friday the Heritage 2 door orders have been temporarily paused. Anyone know why or when they may resume?

I was told today by my dealership that all 2024 Heritage limited reservations were on hold for the foreseeable time , not sure about the Heritage.

Plenty of guesses out there. Best guess I have seen is an issue with the top and the Gunnar hatch.
The math we have seen does not bode well for the 2 door HE and HEL. Ford makes approx 12k broncos per month. 3% of that 12th is HE production. So 360ish are HEs. And 15% of those. Approx 50-60ish will be 2 doors.
Others pleas chime in with thoughts about that math and how rare the HE 2 door is right now.

Well...he actually sent me a screenshot of the correspondence that was sent from Ford so I have no doubt of it's legitimacy.
Not doubting the legitimacy, this time, but it is still a "My dealer told me."
For those unaware.... It's a B6G drinking game ... every time somebody says "my dealer told me" or something to that effect, you have to take a drink.

They have not told us a time frame. They are paused for both Heritage and Heritage Limited 2 doors. This doesn't affect the 23MY and they are trying to schedule all the 23MY Heritage Editions they can. Scheduling for 23MY will happen through Mid-September.
