Help please, no audio at all....

Our 2021 Bronco First Edition updated with the new update Ford pushed out, the next morning we had no audio coming through our speakers at all. I checked all fuses, did a factory reset, disconnected the battery for 30 minutes and nothing seems to bring our audio back. When I remove the fuse for the audio control module I will have the beeping tone when I open my door but nothing else is transmitted through the speakers. The 12'' Sync screen works perfectly fine, all the options work. Bluetooth, CarPlay, navigation, etc. We chatted with Ford and they indicated to do a Sync reset by holding the power/seek button and that did not do anything either.

Can anyone help point us in a direction of what to look for, or what we may be dealing with here? Thanks everyone...
