Have VIN # now. How long until build date?

Even if you had a build date. It wouldn't mean much. My build date has changed 6 times. So I have no idea when I'll get mine

I always thought you can't until my dealer said I could so I made some changes and it worked. Only minor changes can be made. I added door-bags and engine block heater

So can an order be modified after the VIN is issued but before the build date or does the VIN permanently lock in the order?

been waiting since August 21. Probably have until at least Spring ‘23. This is an agonizing wait.
