Haulible.com - Transport

Comparing quotes and checking reviews on transport companies. I am considering Sherpa, Mercury, & Haulible. I am able to find reviews across a variety of sites for Mercury and Sherpa. Haulible only has reviews on Google and they are all 5 star. In my research all these transport brokers have a couple negative reviews so all 5 star has me suspicious. Does anyone have experience with Haulible??

This, I got screwed shipping a vehicle threw a broker. I can recommend a company that I've used twice now, who I trust if you're interested. I shipped my car when I moved and when I sold my car to an out of state buyer. He ships nation wide (US).

I have shipped vehicles with Reliable Transportation, and through a broker. I will continue to use a broker. In fact I’m having a vehicle transported from San Diego, California to Austin, Texas next week.

If you don’t mind me asking, what’s the rate? That’s quite the distance.

It’s actually going from Hawaii to San Diego on a ship then to Texas in an enclosed carrier. The whole trip is three grand.

I have shipped collector cars with enclosed carriers such as Reliable. The values justify the expense of contracting with the best. Reliable quoted me $3,967 Wisconsin to San Diego. The open carrier bids I received range from $750-$1600. You have to suspect the low end is a bait and switch. I selected a carrier that quoted $1,400. The truck is scheduled to arrive this weekend. (fingers crossed)

I'm going to be looking very soon for help here on this. Finally bought a Bronco, or should I say found one that fit our needs and wasnt priced over MSRP. However, it's in Nebraska, and I'm currently stationed in Hawaii. Any advice and companies would be great!

I wouldn't trust google reviews too much. My understanding is that they can be pretty easily manipulated, which is likely the case if a company has nothing but five stars and no reviews elsewhere. Like you said, every company will have a few mediocre or bad reviews--those people tend to be the loudest voices on review sites. I've never heard of Haulible before, whereas the other two you mentioned have been around in the industry for a while so I'd stick with the more well known commodity. For what it's worth, I've used A1 Auto Transport in the past and they were great in my opinion and definitely cheaper than some of the other more prominent names in the business that I reached out to for a quote.
