Nope, but it has to be really old. I doubt there are very many unconverted reservations left at this point. So, old news that doesn't really apply any more. The mechanism to transfer a reservation is well known at this point. A shame they won't let you do it on orders.

This must only apply to reservation holders because I have yet to see a single in stock unit or abandoned order that does not have significant market adjustment. I live in rural east Texas and there are no less than 20 available Broncos in an 80 mile radius of my house, but you would be a fool or have more money than you know what to do with to pay what they are asking. There is not a darn thing Ford can do about it.
