Rule #4 - The listing must include an asking price. OBO (or best offer) is allowed but it must be accompanied by an asking price.

When I originally bought my Bronco part of the deal was they were going to replace the front right panel for me. It had a visual defect on the interior side. I ended up covering it with a hothead’s headliner because it took them so long to give me the part. Well guess now I have that part and my patience can be your reward. Asking $600 or best offer.
