First off, the background story on Fuzzy Dice. The inspiration for Hanging Slices.

After the WWII pilots returned home, the tradition of carrying dice for good luck was translated into hanging them from your vehicle's rearview mirror, and the fuzzy dice meaning continued to be for good luck. Today, fuzzy dice are a symbol of retro flair.

Hanging Slices!

For me, fake pineapple pizza slices hanging from the rearview mirror are the epitome of a Bronco6g Easter egg which also gives a tip of the hat to retro flair.

I guess it is a form of Bronco6g Swag, but with a more subtle messaging. It is meant to communicate a message of kindship to those in the know. The goal is to draw out a knowing smile and perhaps a slight nod of the head as the message is internalized.

I hope to receive delivery of my Bronco during the summer of 2021. I suspect it could draw attention while parked at the campground, trail head, mall or in the parking lot outside my favorite pizza restaurant. I plan to hang my slices at those times.

Please keep in mind, “Hanging Slices” should never be deployed during driving since it is illegal to hang anything from the rearview mirror while driving in many states.

But wait! Another Bronco6g Easter Egg?

To communicate with fellow Bronco6g members while cruising down the interstate, I hope to affix a simple white lettered vinyl stick-on to the rear glass window which says, Got Slices?

So, there you have it. Thanks for following along on this thread. Hope it provided some comic relief.
