My name is Bill, and I owned a Wrangler! Insert funny report here!
After 12 years and 95K miles, stuff was starting to breakdown and in need of work. I am the first to admit that I am not a mechanical guy, and I wanted out before serious **** started to happen.
I had been researching Broncos since they first came out, and had early doubts given issues people experienced. But my confidence in Ford and the Bronco over the last year lead me to place an order. And the fact that no dealers had any rigs in Nov-Dec last year.
I am a happy new Bronco owner as of April 7th. I placed my order on December 23rd and feel really lucky to have taken delivery in early April.
I picked Race red because I hadn't seen many, and I've owned red cars in my past and really love the color. Since the day I picked up my rig, I've seen 2 other red ones within a mile of home! I've seen the posts on forums where some don't consider red a legit "Off Road" color for rigs, which is OK by me. I don't consider myself a "legit" off -road guy . . . yet.
I've had great experiences on other forums for vehicles I've owned, so I look forward to using this site for more great Bronco info.
