Has anyone tried a BBB complaint or something similar to try to get some info from Ford? It is getting extremely frustrating as each week passes with no update from Ford on why I'm still "in production." Marketing line is hours of hold time, most of the time it hangs up on you before you get a representative and then they have less info than we have been able to gather here. I sold my truck based on my dealers delivery ETA and now they see no updates in their system either. Last update that anyone can see was from 10/29. Since that date every time I get a Ford rep on the phone they tell me they are showing it is "ready for transit" whatever the hell that means.

Are you shipping via Convoy (truck) or Rail? It will say on your Window Sticker. Also, any info for your VIN on https://palsapp.com/ ?

Every tracker shows "in production." No built email or status update.
Please go ahead and file a group complaint for all of us much older than yours.

Rail, but PalsApp and United Road have my VIN but it is inactive. Someone looked it up for me a while back on here and I was in MAP purgatory

Mainly what I was asking. Has anyone tried anything along those routes to get a response. Definitely feel for those from Dirt Mountain, and trying to learn any collective wisdom on how to get an answer of any kind. I just want them to give me a time frame, something I can base an estimate on how long I'm going to have to play the rental car shell game with work travel

I can assure you that none of us have ever gotten an answer.

Im in the same boat, but all i can say is the BBB is not going to help u. It is what it is, but i agree, i would like more info on what is going on. Mine was supposed to arrive this past Saturday the 20th. My dealer cant see anything different on his end and i called ford and they looked it up and said the same as my dealer. Who knows. Good luck bud

I would caution everyone not to make any moves based on Ford’s communication and accurate information about time lines. It has been 496 days since I made my first $100.00 donation to this experiment.
I would definitely not sell my truck until the Bronco was safely parked in my driveway.

Yes, for sure. Excitement and my dealers confidence in the process got the better of me.

Good point. I will have to remember to write off my $100 donation on my taxes this year. At least I will have something to show for my hundred bucks.

Good advice. I will be waiting until my Bronco is in my possession before selling my Mustang. Thought about selling it now but what I'm reading here on the forums tells me I had better wait.

I completely understand your frustration but BBB is not a solution. For those interested, the BBB and "Diamond Certified" are not nearly as much consumer advocacy as they are a revenue generation scheme to get businesses to pay them for advertising.

I was pretty frustrated when the delays pushed me back past the end of my lease, forcing me to purchase a vehicle to get me through until the Bronco arrives. I thought about buying a junker to last a few months, then realized I still had no guarantee that it would only be a few months. I wasn't about to risk having an unreliable car during my busy work season (summer), or possibly have to go through a Minnesota winter in a junker. So, I bought my leased vehicle... and was still pretty upset that I had to do that. Now I just look back and laugh at how much Ford screwed all my plans. It is what it is and I'm along for the ride.

Silver lining, got a decent price on my lease buyout and used car prices have since skyrocketed. I can now sell it for more than I owe and get a nice little chunk extra for Bronco down payment.
