Graphics Delete not showing in order tracker?

Just went back and looked - it is on my DORA but not on my order as reflected on the back door access. So I guess I am in the same position as you?

Same - but I didn't want the delete or the upgraded - was the only way order would process.

With a little wrangling, my dealer rep got the Graphics Delete on my order. It only shows up on my DORA, not on the back door order tracker above.

I would press your dealer on this. My DORA says "Graphics Delete". He didn't understand the difference until I pointed it out to him...

Looking in the Ford system. Your dealer will have to do this for you. The easiest way is to see what’s on the WBDO.

Graphics delete is “Graphics package #5” on the system. The standard graphics is #3 and the optional one is #4. I believe that’s the order anyways. Mine and a friends both with graphics delete show as having #5

Order summary is just a "pretty" version of a DORA, and it prints directly from WBDO. This is how the Graphics Delete shows up on my Order Summary.

strange, i looked at some of the api calls for my reservation page and it shows as selected

If it means anything, my picture of the Raptor on the back door site does not have graphics on it.

I'd be more convinced if someone WITH the graphics package reported that it showed for them
