just an FYI, I have had to back out of the bronco purchase. My current car crapped the bed this weekend and I cannot wait 9 months to replace it. This is the 3rd major repair for shotty workmanship I have had to do on the this vehicle in the last 2 years. I have had wheel lugs shear off, transmission/clutch repairs, and now an engine bolt has sheared off.

I will probably still lurk around here but I had to give up my bronco.

I just sold my car and will be a 1 car family as long as we can.
If we do have to get another car between now and Bronco, my plan was to find something mostly if not fully depreciated to hang on to until then.

Miata, S2000...FJ60, Taco, 4Runner etc. Something under $15k.

Well, I generalized....
Miata under $10k
FJ60 I’ve seen decent ones for around $15k
S2000 I’d go up to $20k
I wouldn’t by a taco or 4Runner TBH

local dealer has a 40k and a few 20k fj60's
also having owned an NA and a ND miata i would 100% go with a ND over any other generations.
