I called Fords 800 number and spoke with Amber who was great and she gave it to me

Thank you! I would try and sit down with them and ask why they are not honoring his word. Try and settle it within, and if he/they don't budge tell them your only recourse will be to go to the media and release the B6G hounds on their ass.

Nope I am an idiot! When we spoke and he said MSRP I never gave it a second thought...why lie. I should of had my husband do it from the beginning, he doesn't trust anyone!

i wouldn't say idiot, you have no reason not to trust a ford dealer for a ford product.

honestly, call ford direct and start filing complaints if the dealer won't work with you. call local news, tweet mike levine, etc.

Sorry that happened, try and talk to the owner or general manager if it's a chain. Hope you can get it sorted out, no way I'd pay an extra 5k or any amount over MSRP.

My husband is a Chevy guy so my Dad (Ford guy) suggested this place in our town. Apparently it's under new ownership and has a lot of people upset with service issues or the fact everything is so marked up. How they have those ratings after seeing things people have gone through is beyond me.
