Front left drivers side cable on soft top rivets sheared off

Front rivets which hold were sheared off, suggestions on size and rivet tool as well as technique to get it reattached? This was causing issue with side seal and now I know why. Out of warranty, 2022 Bronco Outerbanks.

That looks tight. What's on the other side of the rail there? Could you get a stubby bolt/nut on there, or is it blind/flush on the backside?
