I now realize that but since I can't afford either one I never paid attention to anything over OB lol

I've always preferred the base/BD or BL/WT/FE grilles. Something about the larger holes of the BB/OB grilles looks cheap to me.

That’s what the Ford info pages say! Though there’s speculation that it’s an error cut-and-paste that isn’t supposed to be there.

Either way, I’m preparing for both possibilities.

Yeah, I' think either showing up on my BL with the black mod top will look good.

If you opt for the Black Mod black painted top do you get the WT grill? I have seen it stated that the mirrors, grill and door handle will be painted black on any trim if you get black mod top option.

I've never seen anything about the painted black top getting you the wildtrack grill unless you get a wildtrack. The mirrors and door handles are unpainted black plastic standard unless you have Wildtrack, obx, or FE.

I'm getting the MIC top so I could be wrong, as I haven't followed the mod top news closely.

Edit: I'm likely wrong
