I had a good experience, thought you might want to know.
Last summer my headlights started flickering, seemed to happen more often when it was warm out.
Was a little disappointed that the company I purchased them from, referred me to @Form Lighting and didn’t provide a contact.
I’m a procrastinator, especially with unpleasant tasks. I’m still not comfortable with the pressure required to remove plastic panels.
I contacted Form, they requested a video of the flickering and photos of the serial numbers.
So I’m wondering how the exchange and shipment of the old headlights was going to work.
Instead, I received new headlights a few days later and they said I didn’t have to send the old ones back!
Outstanding!
These have a new design with large heat sinks on the bottoms, so I have confidence in these headlights.
