FordPass START feature stopped working mid day

Has anyone gotten this issue? Fordpass start feature worked this morning, but after work I tried to start from the app and got "Your vehicle cannot be started because it is already running". It's not. Restarted phone then deleted and reinstalled app same result. Weird.

1 week later it began to work again. I uninstalled app and restarted phone several times than one day it just started working. Idk. Strange.

Usually when it does this I just hard close the app a few times if it doesn’t “refresh”
