great question…. I’ve had my Raptor for about a month and haven’t seen anything yet…

If you are missing points, there is a function in the app where you can add them by entering your VIN and dealer. I did that and it immediately added the points into my rewards balance.
to reach it go to: rewards, then history, then missing points.
