FordPass Bronco Activation Issue

Did anyone have trouble getting their FordPass to activate on their Bronco? Any suggestions that may help. I have tried what the dealer said when I picked it up. They tried but said sometimes it takes a few tries. I have tried a couple of dozen times and had no success. TIA

I had talked with a support rep who had me perform a master reset. That did not work. Ended up having to go into dealer. They had to perform a software upgrade on the TCU in order to allow FordPass to authorize user. They reprogrammed the TCU and everything worked great after that.
