True for a lot of the cheap ABS printers. There are a number of aircraft/aerospace parts that are printed in metal that cannot be manufactured any other way.

Ceramic as well, But those are a whole different animal.

Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks! What printer are you using or do you send out to a service? On 3D printers, there is a huge range of quality of printers and their parts. I had 3DS Projet at my last job that made some nice, solid parts. Metal printing has gotten a lot cheaper as well, though still not cheap...

i print this solid with a .8. My machine is a project r3d daedalus corexy running duet3. I can hit these with a bat and they wont break. And printed on ASA from 3dxtech.

I can definitely do these out of nylon x if you wanted something to match bronco quality.

My bronco was just built so once delivered I will probably order some things. Just need to get it first to decide where/how I want to do it.
I am really looking at the rear cup holder options here.
