My reservation turned into an “In-Store Order” with an order number that is the same as my reservation number.
What’s the problem?
Dealer told you they placed an order but your Ford profile still says reservation?

It says in store order, order date and order number. Just seeing if that’s all everyone else was seeing.

Ordered a Wildtrak but still reflects what my reservation initially was......I did receive a confirmation e-mail from Ford saying my Wildtrak was ordered though.

Yeah, Ford sent an email with (almost) all my ordered options and the correct model. It was a semi-detailed list, obviously not meant to be comprehensive.
The pre approved certificate is like a pre approved credit card offer from Ford Credit, not a real offer, but an estimate of what they might finance if you qualify.

My Ford account shows a picture of a WildTrak (as that’s what I originally reserved) but shows text stating a BADLANDS as that’s what I actually ordered - and it seems like most on here had stated the same (pic is what original res was and text is the actual order). Seems odd that your text still says Badlands as I would assume your text would change to Wildtrak.

We swapped. Placed an initial order for a Wildtrak (7/14) then placed an actual order for a Badlands.
Confirmation email says I have a Badlands coming. Ford.com shows a Wildtrak.
Here is what ours shows. Only concern is the color is black when we ordered Velocity Blue. Checked the order summary form from the dealer and it shows the correct color so I’m hoping everything went through ok!

My 7/14 Wildtrak photo and text stayed, despite the 2/27 confirmation email of ordering a Badlands.
