I see tons of people suggesting using Ford CHAT to get useful information....and reportedly getting some. I tried just now and can say from my one experience that is bullshit. See below........

Looks fine to me. You should be talking to your dealer, your pricing agreement ia with them. Chat can confirm build status

Some things chat can get you. Some things they can't. You aren't In Production yet, that won't change until your Bronco is actually going down the line during your build week.

About the only thing chat is useful for is for build statuses/ETAs from OASIS, especially if you don't have a responsive dealership/salesperson. Even then, it's a don't shoot the messenger thing, they're just reading dates of a screen, those dates are largely a shot in the dark.

If you need the price protection certificate, calling 800-334-4375 will help. They've asked if I had the certificate number the last few times I've called.

I think I’m missing something about Ford Credit being referred to. I got my certificate numbers from the 800 number. I didn’t ask at the time, they just gave them to me. I wrote the numbers down multiple places and emailed them to the dealership. You are right though, from what I can see, the person doesn’t seem to have answers, just referrals. That has not been my experience but I use chat for simple questions, like “Where’s The Bronco?!” 😜 Kind of like “where’s the beef” but not really. Hang in there.
