I used a drill on a few places and an X-Acto knife for the rest of the part. To assemble I used contact cement but just dabs of it. No need to over do it. Just take your time in the dissambly process. Parts a very fragile. Once you get it apart use 2000 grit sand paper and scuff each part. Your doing this to take away the shine off the parts. Blow off the dust then very light dust coats of primer (two coats) then 2000 grit sand again and blow the dust off. Give it an hour then your ready for the base coats of paint. After you take off the full badge, do you have to drill out the pieces inside or do they just pull apart?
