Floor Plate System - Anyone Recognize this?

I was wondering if anyone has seen the floor plate system shown here in the photo below? I know goose gear makes one, but this one looks different and I like the hatch access better. It may be something someone custom made, but was curious if anyone has ran across this in their research?

That was what I was thinking, but it looks almost too clean to be DIY. Maybe someone was just really skilled...lol
