Factory Tow package, no tail lights on trailer

I’m having a similar issue…

I installed the factory tow package a few weeks ago and everything seemed to be working until today when I installed the Red Arc trailer brake controller. Now my 7-pin connector has no voltage across the + pin. Fortunately though, it looks like all the lights are working for both the 4/7 pin connectors.

I’m going to work on this next weekend and plan to check the fuses along with the wire harness from the connector to the drivers side front wheel well. Not sure what else to do. Suggestions are appreciated!

I am having an identical issue. Installed the factory package. The 4 pin appears to have the proper voltages but I have the same issue with no voltage across the + on the 7 pin. Did you figure this out? I am having the dealer run the module update this week but I am not sure if that is the issue or something else.

Did you ever figure it out? I have the same issue, my 4 pin works fine but nothing on the + on the 7 pin and the running lights are a little over 3 volts.
