Factory Toolkit

This is a total newb question, but I cant seem to find an answer, so I will throw it out here.

Purchased a used 21 4dr. The factory toolkit was in it, and complete, but the ratchet is busted. It will back out a bolt, but will not engage in the other direction.

Wondering if those tools had any type of warranty on them?

I stuck another cheap ratchet in the case, but it would be nice to get the bronco ratchet replaced, if possible.

You would get a better answer by contacting a dealer directly. If it's still in the 3yr/36K mile warranty, as an accessory, it may be covered. If you bought it from a Ford dealer, check with the service department, or even your salesman (they may try to get you one as customer service gesture). If not, whole tool kits are available on EBay for around $45-$55.
