So, with the orders must be in deadline looming I just received an official "Order is Confirmed" email from Ford that the dealer has submitted my updated 2022 order with the right configuration.

I did my order the first week they opened the order banks for 2022!

Thats how mine rolled out...ordered 2020, order received in 2021, delivery in 2022.

Best I can describe is that is a good thing, and that you are no longer in the long build que, now Ford is getting parts gathered and ear marked for your build.

Make a change to your order? That will generate a new email. Did when I dropped the tow package from mine.

The emails have been so inconsistent from Ford both in frequency and timing. Not sure Id put much weight behind it.
