Exhaust exiting weep holes?

I noticed that both my weeb holes for the catalytic converter on my bronco have a decent amount of smut coming out of it and was wondering what others are experiencing and if possibly I have an actual hole within my exhaust as ive never noticed this much smut around one of these holes before?

That appears to be what’s happening. I removed my muffler so I can’t speak to this issue.
