Hi All,
I've had my Bronco going on 4 months now, and about a dozen times I've had a concerning thing happen. I'll be driving along (almost always using Carplay), and then I'll suddenly hear a loud *POP* from speakers as the entertainment system goes black and audio goes dead. Then, a few seconds later, I get the Bronco logo again as the entertainment system restarts like when you turn on the car.
Gut reaction is there's a loose connection somewhere and the power is fluctuating to the system every once in a while. Anyone have any experience with this?
I have a 2024 Heritage 2 door with a manual if that makes any difference. I replaced the 6-speaker system with harnesses and no issues as soon as I got the vehicle (no changes to sub or anything) and otherwise haven't tampered with anything electrical on the car. This should make no difference, as unplugging a speaker completely does nothing to the entertainment system.
Not too terrible now, but feels like a problem that could worsen if a loose connection gets... looser.
