Easy spare tire mounting technique using MaxTrax boards

For easy replacement of the spare tire to the mount I use my MaxTrax to ramp up to the bumper then rotate the tire to the mount. Much better than trying to lift the tire.

That’s a good idea. These larger wheels are quite heavy.

I was thinking of rigging a strap around it and using my hardtop hoist to lift it but this is a better idea that works out on the road/trail.
