DV8 OE Plus/Go Rhino DSS step question

I’m looking at either the Go Rhino DSS or DV8 OE Plus steps for my Bronco. The factory steps on my OBX extend out 7” from the pinch welds. Does anyone have these installed and if so how far out do they extend from the pinch weld? I don’t really have a need or desire to go further than the factory steps.

4” on Go Rhino DSS, just installed them yesterday on mine.

I should say 4” step area it’s actually 7” from the pinch weld.
