Hello, this am my drivers door lock is no operating with remote or interior lock switch. All other doors are locking and un locking.
The alarm lights flash when hitting remote . Drivers side lock lever does not move manually either frozen in open position
I am guessing the actuator is bad

Not sure if you're asking a question or making a statement.... but if you're asking if it's an actuator, have you tried unplugging the door wiring harness and reseating it first? Its' possible it may have wiggled loose and isn't making contact. Other wise, a trip to the dealer is likely in order.

No , I know there is an actuator in door, and yes I tried plugging and unplugging the door harness
to check connection... drove car to work, let it sit for 7 hours today... tried lock and unlock and remote starter, they all work magically now.... thinking there was a software glitch in alarm ecu/ remote start circuit and computers needed to be powered down. Hope this helps someone else. these cars have the Ford pass and can be started remotely through the app..... maybe their was some type of glitch? the power actuator did not even click when switch was operated or key remote was pressed .... oh well gremlins

Literally have this exact same issue on my 2021. Did the dealer resolve it?

Well I tried to replace the lock actuator and control system this weekend. First thing is first, don’t start down that rabbit hole unless you have 7-8 hours to burn. Secondly, I should have plugged it in and tested the new actuator first before disassembly ~ turns out it wasn’t the actuator. After hours of time getting the old actuator and getting the door handle back on, I’m back at square one trying to figure out why the electronics now won’t work on the locks for only the driver’s door. I suspect it’s the electric plug between the door and the body. Wondering if there is a bent plug or something else going on….
