WHATI use my left foot on the break most of the time
I think he meant “brake”.WHAT?
Yeah, it’s nice on a warm day to get that extra breeze. On the Jeep I found myself resting my foot on the lower door hinge quite frequently, so when I saw the foot pegs I thought I’d give them a try. They’re quite comfortable.I never knew they made foot pegs for Jeeps! my buddy had an old CJ and would just rest foot outside on Running boards it had. As a driver, I kind of need my left foot to work the 3rd pedal so I will likely be keeping it inside the vehicle. I guess on the highway it would be nice to let the wind blow through my toesies if I drove barefoot or with sandals, which I don’t.![]()
So you're the guy cruising down the highway at 75 with his brake lights on the whole time.looks a bit goofy to me to have your foot out the door, but to each their own. I use my left foot on the break most of the time so having it stick out the door would not be a good thing, LOL
I test drove a dealer demo big bend and took the doors off on it. I’m short as well and could barely reach my foot past the foot well so I’m not sure it’s even necessary with the Bronco but won’t know until I get mine and really test it outYeah, it’s nice on a warm day to get that extra breeze. That said, I wonder if it would be the same situation on the Bronco, which is wider. I haven’t tested it because I haven’t had my doors off yet but it seems like it could be a more of a stretch to put your leg out the door. Of course, I’ve got short legs anyway.![]()
Well, it does impact me in a way. You think of someone being in a car accident and the additional medical care they’d need and all the other spin-off things associated with it - all paid for by taxes.Shouldn’t be illegal. It should be people’s choice. Enough regulations made for our “safety” and soon we won’t ever be able to step out of the lines that are created for us. But I digress.. it should be that if somebody chooses not to take doors off, that’s great.. if they choose to take them off, that’s great too. No skin off your back, right?

Anyways, just my opinion.
I don't think the vehicle was designed to be door-less on city roads. I'm sure there's some fine print somewhere by Ford that says "off-road use only". Pretty sure it won't say the same for the top open.Is that why you got the the soft top, because it’s less safe and you want to stick to those driving doorless topless?
Wow, I’m assuming you think all motorcycles should be outlawed, not only do they have no doors their legs are outside their transportation 100% of the time.
I’m my opinion driving sands doors is safer than eating at the crap fast places people eat way too much of. We won’t even get in to our health care system….I’m done!
haha, good one!Never left foot brake. No need to. Left foot is for the clutch only.
left foot brake in an automatic only of course. Is that so unusual? Works fine for me for a long time, my left leg gets bored otherwise :-DWHAT
