Door unlock when opening drivers door

Hello,

When I first got my Bronco, if I opened my driver door when the car was locked (with fob in my pocket), all the doors would unlock. Then my rear drivers door wouldn’t, and later the passenger stopped. Both still unlock if I click the unlock button on either fob or driver door.

this is super annoying because I put my briefcase behind my driver seat every day. Any idea how to return to it unlocking all doors?

Doesn’t look like I have valet mode on
