Door corner window guide rubbing when opening/closing door

I've seen at least one other owner having this identical issue happen but haven't heard from them. Hoping someone could provide info why this is occurring. The thick rubber door/window triangle is rubbing against trim on the Frame side (when opening and closing the door) and has wore through the thin rubber coating but I cant figure out what adjustment is needed to correct for this. Or if the mold of the triangle piece is bad, installed improperly or what. Anyone else have this issue?
